An additional form of support that Clean Air Asia is able to provide towards promoting the Guidance Framework and providing technical guidance and support to cities and countries that have expressed interest and commitment to achieve better air quality. A standardized set of training courses has been developed to:
Policy-makers at the national and city levels, implementers (i.e., Technical Officers, Engineers, Environment Specialists, etc.), and other stakeholders (including NGOs, research institutions, members of the academe) involved in AQM design, planning, and implementation
Duration and Methodology As a face-to-face workshop, the course is designed to cover one module per day, with lectures, group discussions, self-assessment vis-à-vis the Guidance Framework roadmap, and identification of concrete and implementable actions. Alternatively, the modules can also be delivered individually, depending on the identified need or priorities.
